Group Gail's ATL

We all broke into 5 groups for our ATL, our group was (Gail, Maitland, Julia, Jeremiah, and Jonathan). ATL stands for ask The Lord. We go off by ourselves in two  increments of 10 minuets to pray and ask God to speak to us and put things in our mind and then we share our lists with each other to decide where to go and who/what to pray for. This is how ours went...

We decided to go to the code talkers memorial and courthouse we were at last night because different people heard wind (a movie about the code talkers is called wind talkers), history, circle (their is a giant circle in front of the courthouse), and the part of a worship song "The God of angle ARMIES is always by my side". On our we there we passed an old car a trailor and a green street (all was on Jeremiah's list), so we knew we were going the right way.  Once we got their we went through the memorial and prayed at the courthouse (we later learned that a Christian was being prosecuted for acting on his faith when he shouldn't have). After that we stood on the edge of the circle where everyday different tribal groups perform different dances for the public, and we song amazing grace with another group that happened to be there too. After that we prayed where to go next and Jeremiah felt like we should go right but first we saw a police officer and decided to pray for him. While we were praying, Gail felt like we should pray for his mom and so we asked what his moms name was, he said Maria. After we prayed for her we headed to the map to look for where to go. We heard a lot of numbers while we were praying at the start, specifically 7 and 9, and we noticed the street names where numbered, however we noticed if we went right the only street number left was 1. Then we saw the building complexes were numbered as well, and the 9th complex was to the right and had a restaurant called Maria's Restaurant. We went there and we were going to pray for the business but Jonathan felt like we should go in and see the manager/Maria and pray for her there. When we first went in she was sceptic. As it turns out she loved the prayer. She offered us drinks and we talked with her more and found some more remarkable comparisons from our lists to her life, we heard Matthew and Angel and two of her close relatives had that name. Also she had 7 family members. In all it was a great experience for us and her.
